There is
a minimum stay of 3 days at $195.00 per day for Dec. 20, 2005 to April
30, 2006
Minimum
3 day stay for May 1, 2006 to Dec. 19, 2006 is $140.00 per day.
Stays of 21 days or more are discounted by 10%.
There is a 8% Government Room Tax that will be added to your total bill.
Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required.
A 50%
deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
This must be received
within 7 days of your booking your reservation.
No reservations are
considered confirmed until a deposit is received.
Payment may be made
with personal or business check,
money order, traveler checks at this
time.
We hope to have Credit Cards/PayPal usage in the near
future.
